OVERVIEW
This website is operated by FreshPrints 3D. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FreshPrints 3D. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PRODUCTS
FreshPrints 3D sells 3D-printed products and related merchandise. Because many products are manufactured using additive manufacturing, minor variations in color, surface texture, layer lines, seams, dimensions, and finish may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the 3D-printing process and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
Product photographs and digital images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors may vary slightly due to filament batches, lighting, photography, and display settings.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Certain products may be printed or produced after an order is placed. Production times vary depending on product size, complexity, quantity, customization, and current production workload.
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange after production has begun except when the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, production limitations, or inaccurate order information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
SHIPPING
Production and processing times are separate from carrier shipping times. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout generally refer to carrier transit after an order has been completed and shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content created for FreshPrints 3D, including original branding, photographs, graphics, text, and original designs, may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Certain products may be produced from designs created or licensed by third-party designers. Rights associated with those designs remain with their respective rights holders where applicable.
Purchasing a physical product from FreshPrints 3D does not transfer ownership of any underlying digital design, model, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.
PRODUCT USE
Unless specifically stated otherwise, FreshPrints 3D products are intended primarily as decorative, collectible, gaming, cosplay, organizational, or hobby products.
Products should not be used for safety-critical, medical, protective, load-bearing, or other applications for which they were not specifically designed.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify and payment, shipping, and other service providers. Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
